All Officers and Board of Directors serve a term of two (2) years.
Nominations are held in the November meeting, and elections are held in the December meeting.
The next election for all positions will be in November/December 2010.
Anyone who has been a current NIDAC member for a minimum of one (1) year before the election, may run for either an Officer or a Board of Director.
